Back home after what has been a character building

Back home after what has been a character building weekend…

Qualifying on Saturday was gutting… I sat P2 and then P3 for two thirds of the session but unfortunately on a drying track (typical Knockhill weather ☔️➡️☀️) I tumbled down the order leaving us all pretty devastated.

Anyway, we picked ourselves up to go again in race 1 but unfortunately just did not seem to have the straight line speed…

A similar conclusion in race 2 on Sunday morning meant we took a trip to the dyno, to discover that we didn’t quite have the ‘oomph’ you need up the hills of Knockhill to keep up with the others! 🥹 Sadly, it looks like we’ve been lumbered with this issue for a few rounds now… 😫

With some improved performance, we showed what we were truly capable of in race three on the TV, coming from P11 on the grid to P5… oh what could have been if we’d have started a little higher 💔

Thanks everyone for the support through what has been a difficult few race weekends… onwards and upwards 👆
