MB Motors Steps-In to Support Lydia Walmsley at a crucial point in the Porsche Sprint Challenge season

Rugeley-based MB Motors partners with racing driver Lydia Walmsley to support her campaign in
the 2026 Porsche Sprint Challenge championship.

Racing driver Lydia Walmsley is delighted to announce a new partnership with MB Motors, based in
Rugeley, Staffordshire, who have stepped in to provide crucial support for the final two rounds of
her 2026 Porsche Sprint Challenge campaign.

With the championship entering its final stages, the partnership will help Lydia take her place on the
grid as she lines up at the ‘home of British motorsport’: Silverstone. Just two weeks ago, Lydia’s
future in the championship was hanging in the balance, but with the support of MB Motors and her
existing partners, it has been made possible.

For Lydia, the support comes at a hugely important moment in her racing career.

“I’m incredibly grateful to MB Motors for stepping in and helping me get to the final two rounds of
the championship,” said Lydia Walmsley. “It’s been a challenging season financially, and without the
support of partners like MB Motors, getting to the end of the year simply wouldn’t have been possible.

“Silverstone is one of the biggest weekends of the season, so I’m really excited to be able to go
racing. I didn’t think I’d be here. I’m looking forward to representing MB Motors and showing them
what we can achieve together.”

The partnership will see the MB Motors name represented alongside Lydia, with opportunities for
the company to benefit from exposure across the Porsche Sprint Challenge championship, Lydia’s
social media platforms and her wider motorsport activity, plus incredible ITV4 advertising with live
race coverage broadcast to millions.
