CP Transport bring their haulage to the race track in 2024

CP Transport are announcing their new and exciting partnership with Suffolk based racing driver Lydia Walmsley, competing in the Mini Challenge JCW Championship in 2024.

Those that live in and around the Ipswich area will be all too familiar with the brand. It doesn’t take long before you see a CP lorry driving in the opposite direction to you on Suffolk’s roads. This year, you won’t just be seeing the Suffolk renowned ‘CP’ logo on haulage lorries, but also the livery of Lydia Walmsley’s #82 JCW Mini this season.

CP Transport, a trustworthy company who offers haulage services in the heart of Walmsley’s hometown; Ipswich, have begun a new venture into the world of British motorsport. Having met earlier in the year through the CEO of one of Walmsley’s other partners, Adam Searle of CP Transport was keen to join forces with other companies in the local area who are all supporting Walmsley on her journey.

Partnering with a talented local racer like Lydia aligns perfectly with our commitment to supporting our community and investing in local talent. We’re eager to see her speed and skill on the track and proud to have the CP Transport name alongside her #82 JCW Mini this season.”

Lydia Walmsley is proud of the new partnership: “It’s fantastic to have Adam and his team on board the journey this year. I feel so grateful to have their support and cannot wait to see what we can produce together. Adam is keen to get his team trackside, so I can’t wait to see them at some of the rounds!”.
